I am a US Army LTC who retired after 22 years and decided to go back to get my doctorate degree from Case Western and trying to help our professions at the same time. I am studying leadership in dangerous situations. Can you take my survey about leaders who have been in dangerous situations (where you thought your life was in danger)?? I'm looking for over 500 people - so far I have 206 and most of those are Army. I only have 19 firefighters and 48 police. Can you help? It does take about 15 minutes, but I'm trying to help learn how to make better leaders during these in extremis conditions........and it's part of my thesis! It is anonymous. If you want the results I will be happy to share them next January when it is complete. Thanks, Deirdre

I wish I could help you out. I'm a Marine, in country; I'm also a Fire Captain. I'm sure Traycee is steering the members your way. Good luck and stay safe.
Just click the link. It only takes 15 mintues. I've had 6 marines take it so far. You can take it as either, whenever you have felt in the most danger....Thanks, Deirdre
PS YOU stay safe.........no bullets or fires here. You are in my prayers.
