Since I love to babble -- I'll be the first to say Howdy! I joined USFRA 1.5 yrs ago and am just amazed by the amount of data, talent, vids, pics and resources here - not to mention the friendships I've formed. My hubby and I are authors of a customizable disaster preparedness and basic first aid manual ... but our goal is to help fund and support volunteers groups (like CERTs, Hammies, etc), nonprofits, K-12 schools and First Responders while helping educate the masses. You'll also see me popping around on various forums since Traycee was kind enough to give me the title of "Disaster Information Specialist + Network Administrator" (but I'm still learning this stuff so pls bear with me!) Altho Bill and I are serious about our work -- I personally am NOT serious and quite the goofball. I hope you enjoy this site as much as I do and look forward to learning more about all of you! Stay safe out there, j
Hello All, my name is Robert Allard and I am shy and don't say to much, Thanks and have a good day, sure hope I spelled everything right.

I am the one that usually babbles on and on about nothing, but any who, I try and remind everyone about the use of seat belts in all types of vehicles and not getting tunnel vision driving that big red, white, blue, green, or what ever color your trucks are cause the other person on the road is texting, putting on their make-up, worrying about be to work on time or if , you know what I mean.

So I am glad to meet you and join all the groups on here and start your own if you want, there are also Amatuer Radio groups and ,Police, Medical and yea Firefighters, MIlitary, see what I mean I like to Babble.

Bob Allard/ Network Moderator
Greetings public safety community as well as our civilian supporters. My name is Traycee Biancamano and I'm one of the co-founders of USFRA. We started from a group on Yahoo, a few well seasoned Fire-EMS, Rescue, Law Enforcement and Military professionals sitting around trading stories, educating as well as teaching each other, new tactics, creating ongoing scenarios for hot scenes as well as how to create and implement solutions. We advocated allowing civilians to join our little group so they could have a working knowledge of what goes on before, during and after we arrive on scene (without divulging any critical information).

We are also strong advocates in informing and supplying our local communities with safety and preventative measures in which to safeguard themselves and families.

Fire Capt. D. Lewis, is also one of the founders of USFRA, who will be spending more time on here after the first of the year after his return from Afghanistan.

Like the Janet and Bob, I too am a babbler and it's time to say "when".

Take care and be safe out there!
