You're right Fyre, there will always be someone not happy with the way things are done here, just do the best you can. You're doing a great job, don't let anyone tell you any different. I get where you're coming from and have picked up on my postings [smile].
Take it easy girl and stay safe.

Thank you for your response to my response and your suggestions are duly noted. [smile] The SOGs of the site was place there for the members who requested it to be front and center as they did not want to search for it [although it's in a link in the right column under "Navigation" ... and your comment does reiterate your previous comment of not being able to please everyone.

The reason we didn't split up the entities is because the idea is to work together as a whole. We can't possibly do that if each is in a separate building, so to speak. That's why we have separate forums and groups for each entity, so we are able to stay on one site and communicate within.

Thanks again for your comments and they will be considered during our next meeting.

Steven, I'm sorry if you feel "threatened or offended" because we would like our members to be active on the site. USFRA is a "social" network, we might as well just close shop if no one is an active.

Being active includes, uploading videos, photos, writing blogs or posting news and/or training items to the forums. I know people are busy and have lives, so do I, but posting at least one item per month may be of help to someone. Almost everyone here belong to a firehouse or police station or in the military, do "nothing" go on at their jobs, nothing they would like to share with their brothers and sisters in public safety? If they are here to learn, then how come no questions are being asked? As for those who are not in public safety, am I doing such a great job at providing civilian information that they don't have any questions to ask? I seriously doubt it. Essentially, what we have are members who use this site to promote their "MySpace" profile and never come back to USFRA to communicate with the friend's they've made here. I wasn't trying to be threatening, just giving a warning of what's already a part of the SOGs of this site.

The tech Dana did come and the speed is much better now thanks for your help. As for tech support for me, Dana will be providing it to me free of charge because of USFRA is a non profit. As far as you helping the members, I don't have an issue with that, however, a contract must be drawn up, also, how would the sales be tracked?
