The Guardian Angel crest is worn by official patrol members.The crest is earned by each recruit upon graduation from their training cycle.Military "Boot Camp" is 8 weeks of training, our recruits go through 12 weeks of training.We cover self defense/hand to hand combat(including disarming techniques),first aid and CPR,we also teach communication and leadership skills.These are just some of the things that each recruit is taught and each in turn brings their own special skill into the team.I am proud to be a small part of such a large and diverse group worldwide,we are more than just a group of people with the same cause,like many in Law Enforcement and EMS,Though we come from different cultures/walks of life,We are Family.
