In the process of creating a neighborhood CERT program for South Florida. Testing pilot program and if successful will present to Palm Beach County CERTS and implement program. Run CERT Team Gator. Currently assisting "Dream Rescue 166" EMS team in Mati/Phillipines. With the help of Hon John Dale EMT class is being taught using UK guidelines/text, rescue gear as well as supplies have been sent, and working to take a team with me for EMS/Humanitarian mission in May 2016, or sooner.
