Posted on October 21, 2008 at 1:20pm 1 Comment

Had my 2nd lab exam today over pharmacology, and although I missed on one I re-tested on that one item and passed all the lab tests they had, from IV's to IO's to injections. I am so Happy now.

Had Lab for my medics class today and got a chance to start some IV's on maniquins do some sq and im injections into the same maniquins. Then they actually had us start an iv on each other, that was a blast, I got volunteered to get stuck twice, but still never felt a thing ha ha. We now have a lab test over what we learned on Tuesday.

Posted on October 15, 2008 at 12:58pm 1 Comment

OMG is all I can say and Thanks to all who encouraged me to look positive. I got an 76% on the exam a whole lot better than I thought I had done. Although my average went done it is still at an 84% for the class so I am very ecstatic about my grade, if there are any corrections I will post a blog updating them. Thanks to all who responded earlier. John

Posted on October 14, 2008 at 12:14pm 0 Comments

I took my 2nd exam on Friday of last week and still have not gotten the results back yet, I had hoped to have had gotten them by yesterday, but nope, nada nothing. The bad thing about it is that I feel like I did terrible on it, my mind went blank on some of the questions, and this waiting is killing me. As soon as I get the results I will let everyone Know.

Exam Correction

Posted on September 26, 2008 at 11:03pm 1 Comment

After Medics class today I found out there were a few mistakes on the exam. The mistakes were very helpful to my score as it increased it from an 83% to a 87%. The instructor had 2 questions that were keyed in wrong on the scantron and 2 questions that he felt we did not cover and thought it only fair not to count it against us.
