Hey gang,
Sorry I was late this month. I was in Sierra Leone, Africa doing some training for the month of June. While I was there I had no internet, or much of anything else. LOL. Some thoughts below on traveling and trying to stay in shape. Something I have to deal with all the time and I'm sure many of you do. Thanks and be safe.

Hey People,
A few thoughts this month on some new gear I've been using:
Though I've probably personally tried every type of exercise equipment you've ever seen on the market, I'm very reluctant to recommend gear. I'm like that because I'm huge believer that attitude trumps gear every time when it comes to getting into top condition and staying there.
