About Me
With over 30 years of senior management experience, law enforcement, public safety, disaster response and recovery experience and security industry knowledge, I can improve functionality & increase the effectiveness and efficiency of any operation.

Profitable track record (P&L responsibilities in a Director level position) in private security and government contract security operations. My leadership facilitated my employers posting a profit for the first time in many years, while growing their book of business and expanding their operating area.

I have extensive experience in conducting gap analysis and needs assessments, and then in leading change management processes, including policy implementation, staffing & leadership transitions / changes, while identifying how budgets can be profit maximized through cost benefit analysis, waste reduction and identification and maximization of efficiency's.

I have authored Business Continuity plans, Emergency Management Plans, Base Camp Operations Plans, Post Orders, SOP's, General Orders and many other types of governing and operational plans, documents and procedures in governmental, non-profit and non-governmental environments.

I am a highly effective manager, employee centered, but with the bottom line and the mission critical nature of protective services consecutively in mind. My ability to build and lead a team has been demonstrated time and again.

Change management, continuous improvement processes and high employee involvement initiatives are not just buzz words, but are core concepts that I have initiated, managed and led companies through dynamically and successfully in my career.

My goal is to continue spreading these core principles throughout the industry, with the end result being optimized service delivery, happier, more purposeful employees, rendering more profit, less waste with an end result of safer, happier, longer term customers.

Specialties:Management of critical infrastructure protection, disaster response and recovery security, external affairs government liaison, Executive and dignitary protection, Force Protection, Recruiting and Force Multiplication, Homeland Security initiatives, High risk physical, bank & ATM security, government facilities and interdiction projects in section 8 housing.

Hi Tony, welcome to USFRA. I saw your comment on the Chief's profile and thought I'd take a crack at answering it. Most of us use the site for networking and adding information for our communities and colleagues. Commercial marketing is frowned upon unless you get permission from Traycee or Janet (they usually say yes) they just don't want the other members to be hassled by excessive marketing and spamming.I do know USFRA is looking for training educators or bloggers. I think in return for blogging you get a free ad, or link or something. Hahaha, not sure. I hope I answered your question. If not, give me a holla back. Stay safe.
