How to successfully recruit volunteers, and that can be firefighters and EMS. We all need to know what makes your volunteers volunteer, is it the free Beer, food or other parties or is it a true volunteer , someone who wants to give back to their community. Hey People,

A few thoughts this month on some new gear I've been using:

Though I've probably personally tried every type of exercise equipment you've ever seen on the market, I'm very reluctant to recommend gear. I'm like that because I'm huge believer that attitude trumps gear every time when it comes to getting into top condition and staying there.
