Some thoughts on the Olympics this month:
Over the past couple of weeks I've spent a bunch of time watching the London Olympics. I'm sure most people would agree with me when I say the unreal athletic ability displayed by the men and women competing there is sometimes hard to comprehend as it's so far above what the average person can do. Sorry I was late this month. I was in Sierra Leone, Africa doing some training for the month of June. While I was there I had no internet, or much of anything else. LOL. When I was younger I had dreams being a huge body builder like Arnold. I saw Pumping Iron at least…
After over ten years of combat operations in Afghanistan, Marines and Soldiers know the importance of being in top physical condition. Not just in running or lifting weights but in their ability to bear weight, meaning their ability to operate while wearing heavy combat gear.
Along with our military, Firefighters and SWAT teams know all to well the type of conditioning…Continue
