Hope this goes out to all of you as I have been having issues with my computer and was on vacation in DC, the last time my wife and I were there was about 20 yrs. ago with our kids. It was a warm day in Aug.. we drove there which was about 7 hrs. and we stay in Rockville,Md, AH you want to watch were you are driving you just ran the red light and never looked to the left. Any way we did some of the museums and the boat ride and I have always wanted to see the Pentagon so we did the bus tour out to it and walked through the memory garden and saw where the plane went through it is a secure area so no pictures are not allowed. I have been reading again about some LODD's and some roll overs, But I am hoping to keep everyone on top of there driving and there are courses that you can take to help with many of the problems we in the fire services are having and there are also course for Police , ambulance drivers etc. Just PLEASE do me one favor and "BUCKLE UP" it has been known to save lives. Watch when you are placing the apparatus as there was one I don't remember but they were doing that ice challenge at a college campus and the guys were a little close to high tension wires and the article goes to say they did not touch the wires it was the amps coming off the wires that knocked two firefigters on the ground and the two in the bucket were air lifted to a hospital in serious condition, so I keep say THINK BEFORE WE DO.
OK nice job with the backing up of the rig into the station you should always have members out to help back. Take care and if its not raining there have a fun and train hard and often.
See you Monday.
