First of all I want to say MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR we can say this as we are in the USA and don't be ashamed to say it.
Now lets remember that its time to do your winter driving which means to start to slow down a little early and to keep both eyes looking for danger areas and most of the people out there are in a hurry to get to a store or home and they just don't care you are to look out for them and I keep telling my wife this, and its true people just don't care. So with taht said hope we are all healing from all the dump crap that is going on in the world and now here in NY outside of Rochester firefighters respond to a working house fire and get shot at, my understand is that four we shot and 2 are dead , what the hell is going on, there are going to be a lot of copy-cats so lets be very careful out there people, I do not want to get into it about guns cause I have some and I am not one of those crazy's that want to be on TV, Instead of killing them I say wound them put them in prison for the rest of there life, let them think about what they have done to others, I know we can argue about this also. But its Christmas and we have enough going on.
Sorry if I go off the reason for this blog but its just pisses me off that people are saying guns are killing others "NO" they are not, its people are killing people, put a gun on a table and see what happens, "NOTHING" it just sits there until someone comes over and picks it up and pulls the trigger. (PLEASE DON NOT TRY THIS) its just talk purposes.
So how are we all doing , anyone have over a foot of snow, here were I live we had a inch the othe day now we have a trace of snow, but we are to get some tonight and then wednesday about a foot or more, this is WNY where we can get all the seasons in a week. There was several accidents south of me as we are all in a hurry as I said before and we forget about that black ice as we call it here the ice you don't see on the road.
This year has gone by very quick and training was hard and heavy all summer long as a matter of fact all the way up to the end of November. How about the rest of you, how are my Police, and EMS drivers doing.(ems-Ambulance drivers), no wrecks I hope watching out at the intersections I hope, looking both ways, good KEEP it up and we will all make it home in one piece.
So I have not heard the mailman knock at my door with my present from you all, I am sure its on the way no/yes/maybe, I know its stuck in the mail somewhere . No problem I can wait, lol. Hey its all about the kids and family, how are my friends doing, ops forgot lets take a minute and bow our heads to say a prayer for all those that are keeping us safe, and free, and yes those in Sandy Hook,CT and those that don't have a home or power from hurricane Sandy, Pray---------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------
--------------------------AMEN.
MERRY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR

Comment by LT. Andrew Poole on December 27, 2012 at 11:19pm Belated Merry Christmas Bob and Happy New Year.

We need to say a prayer for the two firefighters in Webster, NY that were shot on Dec.24,2012 by a man who should have never been let out of prison.
RIP to the 2 firefighters.

Yeah, yeah, that's it . . . by email! LOL! Happy New Year to you too Bob!
I'm with ya on the guns. People lose their minds over things they fear and this knee-jerk reaction over those horrible murders in Connecticut. Those whining the loudest are those who hates guns and don't want ANYONE to have them. We MUST stand our ground on this one and don't let them legislate us out of our right to have them.

You are all my friends and we can joke and also be serious Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
The twins are doing alot better and getting big will have some more pics durning the week, take care and Thanks.

Amen brother Bob. And Merry Christmas to you and yours - esp those precious new twin grandbabies!! Stay safe and warm... and um, about that present/mail thing .. uhhh, it's coming via E-mail..! Yeah, that's it.
