Always makes my day when you drop by my page! I certainly hope for all of us as well that we have a great 2010. My foot is healed and doing quite well. Stupidly was shoveling a few days ago and kicked the shovel with that foot....I was reminded then that its still needs more time to toughen up...lol My mum is progressing along nicely. She is awaiting for a room in a nursing facility and is defying the Dr's words that she would never walk....as she has been taking a few steps lately sideways with help....stubborn woman....:)
Well, please take care of you Cappy....My prayers follow you over in the war torn regions that your in....please come back safely....

Its 1:05 AM and I am still in HFX. My mum is still in Hosp. I am packing up her home as a nursing home is her next stop. Its stressful at the best of times, but knowing your over there fighting keeps me focus that things could be worse......and I pray for your safety and hope all is well. Popped a bottle of Banrock Station Shiraz and am chillin on the site. Heading to bed shortly.....but wanted to drop you a special Helllo....
