In traveling the country for 12 years and even traveling beyond, I have seen so many that are out there "taking care of business" but have not had someone at home to then help them manage the trauma that was experienced. "Suck it up" is not an acceptable way to manage trauma and traumatic events. Sharing with others who do understand what you feel because they have been there before you allows for every responder to have somewhere to go to vent, debrief and sort out what we feel from what we have done.

I noticed today on my comments that you had a site....irony of this is that you signed the page that has our SOGs....one of which is : USFRA, has several place to advertise your site for FREE! So advertising your sites on your profile pages or in messages will NOT be tolerated. Want to advertise? Fine. Just contact FyreWebmaster and I'm sure something reasonable will be worked out. If you find what we ask, unreasonable, you are welcome to exercise your right to cancel your membership.

Hi David, welcome to USFRA! We've recently launched the USFRA Link directory for non profits, the Events calendar, where you can contribute your community events as well training schedules.
Also, on the newly launched roster is the USFRA Job Bank, with our partner, Simply Hired, which is located in the right column.
