Well good news and sorta sorry news to report, first the good news, dam you were not watching that intersection were you almost got the car, any way, the good news is that I am a Grandpa again this time twins, a boy James Colin and a girl Aubree born Sept. 10, 2012 at 10:10 am, they were premees weighting about 4lbs. 14 oz and as of this writting they 5lbs. 5oz and maybe plus or minus a few oz. Anyway hey put your seast belt on nerd, the girl (Aubree) is home and doing pretty good and James is in the hosptial(Buffalo Childrens) from the day he was born, as he is being stubborn and now breathing as good as he should be, he drinks his milk and forgets he has to breath also, although he is getting better was off all the tubes, and IV's as of monday , but we got a phone call last night from my son that they ask if my wife could hey the road not your cell phone there are others on the road, asking if she would come up and watch Aubree as James had a little spell of his food coming back out and turning colors, the good word today 10-3-2012 he is off the breathing tube and on 100% room air, big steps for a little guy, you see they both were not to be born until about 14 or 18 October 2012, so they are still still learning to due more than one thing at a time and there lungs are still in the growing process. You in the medical field will know what I am saying, some of us take all the eating and breathing with no problem, they say he(James) has reflux so they have started him on meds for that and now the feeding tube is back in place so when he is hungry the food comes in and when he is not hungry no food, he has to learn how to use a nipple and when he was using one he would tire and fall asleep same as Aubree so you are, slow on your backing into the station and don't run no one over, Good job. feeding her with a bottle and keeping her awake by setting her up a bit to feed. So if you all could say a few prayers for the both of them and add some for mom and dad as they go to the hospital each nigth and takes alot out of you, the little guy (James ) was maybe going to get home on friday but not after last nights problem, so that is why I have been absent from here and along with my teaching the Firefighter 1 class I have been slack, but I hope you all have been doing the things I keep preaching about, belts, intersections and you know the rest. Take care and have a safe week.
