Terms and Conditions

By participating in the USFRA MemberCard program Merchant or authorized agent of Merchant (collectively "Merchant") acknowledges that Merchant has read the following USFRA MemberCard Program Terms and Conditions. Merchant will comply with applicable USFRA MemberCard Programs Terms and Conditions, USFRA policies, and state law.

The USFRA MemberCard program will be administered through the Internet.

Interested Merchants should apply for participation using the approved USFRA MemberCard Program Enrollment Application Form. Merchants must complete the enrollment form and provide all requested information.

Once submitted, the USFRA MemberCard Program Enrollment Application Form is reviewed to determine eligibility and compliance with provisions of the USFRA MemberCard Program policy.

If the Merchant's application is denied, Merchant will receive appropriate notification. All decisions of USFRA MemberCard Programs are final.

If the Merchant's application is approved, USFRA MemberCard Program will authorize the Merchant's discount information to be displayed on the USFRA.org website.

II. Guidelines for USFRA MemberCard Holders

To receive the USFRA MemberCard, please click on your name in the upper right of the website, click "Settings", then go to "Membership", click on link, then click "Upgrade" link and choose your membership! It's just that easy! Then you will receive the USFRA MemberCard kit, which includes, USFRA T-Shirt, MemberCard, Certificate of Membership, a patch and a decal for your vehicle! (Your photo and mailing address MUST be on your profile in order to receive your Member Kit)

The USFRA MemberCard program web page will contain a link to this policy and the following disclaimers:

Participation by an individual or a business in the USFRA MemberCard program does not constitute an endorsement by the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. (USFRA.org) of the individual or business or the products or services offered by the participating Merchant.

USFRA MemberCard holders are encouraged to compare prices, services, and products before making a purchase with the Merchant.

MemberCard holders must discuss directly with the merchant any questions or concerns that they have with the Merchant's products or services.

Inclusion of a product or service in the USFRA MemberCard program is not a guarantee by the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. of the quality or performance of a product or service.

The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. is not responsible for any disputes arising between a participating Merchant and an USFRA MemberCard holder as the result of an agreement or transaction entered into between such a Merchant and the USFRA MemberCard holder.

Specific products and services, as well as the USFRA MemberCard program itself, are subject to discontinuation at any time.

USFRA MemberCard discounts are for the personal use of U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. members, volunteers and staff,  who have a valid, unexpired USFRA MemberCard. The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. is not responsible for transactions resulting from the use of this website and does not promote or endorse any specific merchant listed. Merchants provide all the information for their individual listings and are responsible for informing U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. of any listing changes. Be a wise consumer and research services and discounts appropriately.

III. Merchant Eligibility and Responsibilities

Merchant agrees to offer a merchandise discount or other special offer to USFRA MemberCard holders. All offers and target audiences will be set forth and enforced by the Merchant. Qualified USFRA MemberCard are any valid, unexpired USFRA MemberCard bearing the USFRA logo and secure marks.

Merchant agrees to take the following and all other reasonable steps to ensure that the qualified USFRA MemberCard presented is valid:

1. The USFRA MemberCard must bear valid USFRA logo.

2. The USFRA MemberCard should not be physically altered in any way.

3. The picture on the USFRA MemberCard must be verified as that of the person presenting the card.

Merchant warrants that the discount provided through the USFRA MemberCard program represents an actual discount of the price of the goods and services.

Merchant warrants that it will not offer discounts to products or services that conflict with U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. or corporate policies or interests, including but not limited to alcohol, drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, tanning services, gambling services, sexual services, adult entertainment, and firearms.

Merchant will keep its website information up-to-date if it uses a website to communicate information to USFRA MemberCard holders regarding prices, products, services, and dates discount is being offered.

Merchant will immediately notify USFRA.org regarding any discount items that have been discontinued or withdrawn.

Merchant agrees that it shall not advertise any connection with the U. S. First Responders Association or its Board, or use the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc.  name, symbols or any other identifying, marks or property, or make any representations, either express or implied, as to the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. promotion or endorsement of the Merchant or Merchant's business, unless it has received written permission from the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. Furthermore, promoting or advertising alcohol, drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, tanning services, gambling services, sexual services, adult entertainment and firearms in conjunction with the USFRA MemberCard is prohibited.

IV. No Contract, Agent Relationship, Legal Duty, or Liability

A Merchant's participation in the USFRA MemberCard program does not constitute or create a contract or an agent relationship between the Merchant and the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. and participation as a discount service or product provider is separate and distinct from the provision of any services through a vendor contract with the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc.

V. Cancellation of Products or Services

The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. may discontinue the USFRA MemberCard program at any time or discontinue a Merchant's participation in the program or the Merchant's ability to offer a particular product or service without advance notice.

The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. may revise or modify the program at any time without advance notice.

The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation in the USFRA MemberCard program to any Merchants who do not comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

The U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. may refuse or terminate participation in the USFRA MemberCard program to any Merchant based on complaints from USFRA MemberCard holders or for any other reason deemed to be in the best interest of the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc..

VI. Ownership

It is agreed that all rights, title, and interests in the USFRA MemberCard are the exclusive property of the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc. and may not be used by the Merchant for any purposes whatsoever without the prior written permission of the U. S. First Responders Association, Inc..
