The Lifeguard EMS Paramedic who was ejected from the earlier fatal crash near Winchester (KY) today is currently paralyzed from the chest down, both of her lungs are punctured, she has front and back head fractures, damaged spleen, damaged aorta and has a “very severe” spine fracture. They want to do surgery tonight but are cautious due to the heart and lung damage. They also advised her family she likely has severe damage and fractures to her extremities but they must first focus on her life threatening injuries.
Her family, co-workers and friends are asking for prayers.
